Target the Command Center with the Spectre Gunship and the Particle Cannon. Use the Intelligence Command to reveal the map and destroy the three bulldozers with your Auroras. Hopefully all of these bombing runs are successful. It's helpful to have an extra Aurora on hand in case one of your bombers gets destroyed.

In the bottom right corner of your screen when you are playing the game there will be a tab that has three stars on it. Click on that and it will show you how many stars you have and what you can do with them. Once you get to 5 stars then you cant be promoted anymore. Kill enemies. The more you kill the faster you get promoted.
